Frequently asked questions

Getting startedHow do I create my first post?

Choose a photo from the library or upload your own. In Text, add your message and choose a preset or adjust the font and layout. Add a name or logo in Brand, then use Download PNG in Export.

Photos & filtersCan I use my own photos and logo?

Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 15 MB. Logos can be up to 5 MB; a transparent PNG works best. Use Adjust photo to zoom and reposition your background.

Photos & filtersDo filters change my text or logo?

No. Photo filters affect the background photo only. Adjust Filter intensity for a subtler effect. Text readability adds a separate glow, band or shadow behind your words, with its own color and opacity.

Saving & downloadsWhere are my saved designs?

Open Saved designs in the left menu. In this preview, designs are saved only in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data can remove them. Download a PNG to keep a finished copy.

Saving & downloadsMy download did not appear. What should I check?

Wait for the photo and filter to finish loading, then select Download PNG. Check your browser’s downloads list and download permissions. If you use an in-app browser, try opening Folvira in your usual browser.

MembershipCan I buy Pro yet?

Not yet. This is an early preview with sample photos and filters available to try. Accounts, subscriptions and the full premium collection are still being prepared.

MembershipHow will the monthly repost work?

The planned Pro benefit includes one monthly repost using Instagram’s Repost button on our founder’s luxury page. Each submitted public post or Reel is reviewed. Advertising and promotional posts are excluded. If a post is declined, you will receive a reason and, where helpful, a recommendation. You can submit a revised or different post without losing your monthly repost. Requests are not open in this preview.

MembershipWill there be a referral program?

Yes, a referral program with a 30% commission is planned. The duration, payout rules and launch date are still being finalized. Referral links and payouts are not available in this preview.
